The One Minute Manager by Blanchard and Johnson, a “Runaway National Bestseller” is a simple, easy-to-read guide to helping others feel motivated to do what you want them to do. In the hands of a hard and manipulative individual, these concepts would eventually fall flat because as Covey taught: personality approaches only work after a strong character has been developed. But the ideas presented here are valuable and can help you teach yourself and others how to set goals and accomplish them.
