The Great Divorce is an incredible allegory of death, hell and the road to heaven. C.S.Lewis said he hoped to generate more discussion about the reality of heaven through this story and it has certainly done that for me and the people I have discussed it with. His symbolism and human analysis are truly fascinating! A great read!
